MEET OUR ATTORNEYS

Alan Pampanin has been practicing law since 1976 and in 1985 founded Pampanin Law Offices dedicated entirely to immigration law. Mr. Pampanin has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 1986. He served as Chairman of the New England Chapter in 1994-95 and since then has chaired numerous AILA committees and served as AILA Liaison to the CIS, the Department of Labor, and to the New England Congressional Delegation. He is the Editor of Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) two volume Immigration Practice Manual.

Alan  graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in English Literature. He earned the Juris Doctor Degree from Hastings Law School in San Francisco. Alan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and formerly of the California Bar Association. Mr. Pampanin holds the pre-eminent AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been listed in The Best Lawyers of America publication for 15  years and is also a  Massachusetts Super Lawyer.

Shaun Foster is the Associate Attorney at Pampanin Law Offices. He joined Mr. Pampanin’s practice as an attorney in 2007. The scope of Shaun’s work is primarily employment-based immigration; encompassing H-1B and L-1A/B petitions, TN applications, PERM labor certifications, I-9 and LCA compliance, among other areas. He also handles family-based immigration cases.
Shaun is a graduate of Connecticut College in New London, Connecticut (undergraduate) and earned his law degree from Boston’s Suffolk University. Prior to and partially during law school, he gained valuable experience working as a Legal Assistant at a leading, “boutique” immigration firm in Boston from 2000 to 2005. Shaun was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2007.
